Who handles your data

What data and why

When you buy, we collect your name, email, phone and shipping address. We use them only to take payment, prepare and ship your order, send you tracking and help you. If you arrive through a promotion link (for example, an Instagram post), we note that source with your order so we know which promotion works. The legal bases are performing the purchase contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b), our legitimate interest in measuring our promotions (art. 6.1.f) and our tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).

Who we share it with

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) processes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Our supplier and the delivery company receive your name, address and phone to deliver your order. The supplier is in China, outside the European Economic Area; this transfer is necessary to perform the purchase contract (GDPR art. 49.1.b).

How long

We keep order data for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the periods the law requires (for example, 6 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@pupfruits.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
